Lassi – ghosts of family ancestors

Lucani – Etruscan werewolves; created from the union of streghe and salvanelli (satyr); they form the Etruscan army, based on the ancient Roman Legion

Malandante – descended from the Etruscans but born with a bent toward evil, with a taste for power and wealth

Praenuntio – Goddess Gift of foresight

Pugio – a Roman dagger

Speculator – spy

Sicarius – assassin

Streghe – Women of Etruscan descent endowed with Goddess Gifts

Versipellis (pl. versipelli) – literally “skin shifter”; includes Etruscan lucani, Norse Berkserkir (bears) and French loup garou (wolves)
